Returns & Refunds: No Hassle, Y’all!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from www.latinaykinky.com. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Here’s the Lowdown:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. (We know you understand why! 😉)

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.

  • How to Request a Return or Refund: Just give us a holler at info@latinaykinky.com or call us at [your phone number]. Be sure to have your order number handy.
  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received it. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or refund.
  • Refund Method: If your return or refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank or credit card company).

Returns:

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Lost Returns: If your return is lost in transit, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:
